★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أقدم شكوى ضد كادر الحافلة التي انطلقت من اسطنبول الى الانيا في الساعة 5.30 مساء يوم الخميس 2016/7/28 حيث تركوني في محطة انتاليا الساعة 6.20 صباح يوم الجمعة ولم يقوموا بالتأكد من تواجدي في الحافلة ورفضوا العودة عندما طلب منهم زميلي الذي كان نائما عند تحرك الحافلة وأجاب السائق بإسلوب عدائي وأغلق الموبايل بوجه أحد أصدقائي الذي اتصل به لغرض تصحيح خطئه وإعادة الحافلة من أجلي علما اننا إتصلنا بإدارة الشركة في إسطنبول ووعدونا بمعاقبة السائق ولم نحصل بعدها على أي نتيجة ....
 I filed a complaint against the staff of the bus which departed from Istanbul to Alanya at 5.30 pm on Thursday 28/7/2016 where they left me at Antalya station at 6.20 am on Friday and they did not confirm my presence in the bus and refused to return when my colleague who was asleep when they were asked The driver replied in a hostile manner and closed the phone in the face of one of my friends, who contacted him for the purpose of correcting his mistake and return the bus for me. We contacted the management of the company in Istanbul and promised us to punish the driver and did not get any result ....
