★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metro turizmden nefret ediyorum hep insanları mağdur ediyorsunuz. Bir bucuk saat önce evimde olmam gerekirken ben hâlâ otogarda servisin gelmesini bekliyorum. Kendileri gönderemiyormuş başka firmanın servisi gelecekmiş.
I hate metro tourism, you always make people victim. While I should have been at my house an hour and a half ago, I am still waiting for the shuttle to arrive at the bus station. The service of another company would come if they could not send it themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otobüs 2 saat geç gelecek olmasına rağmen yolcular bilgilendirilmedi. Otobüs çok eski ve acayip kötü kokuyordu. Asla ve asla tavsiye etmiyorum.
Although the bus would arrive 2 hours late, the passengers were not informed. The bus was very old and smelled terribly bad. I never, ever recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlk seyahatimde.otobüs 3.kez.bozuldu bağın başında kaldık 5 saat geç gittik eve 2 ci yolculuğum başka firmada bilet.kalmadığı için mecburen metro ile oldu aşırı bakımsız.pis bi otobüs du ve 2 saat geç geldi , otobüste sigara içen yolcular vardı çocuklu bayanın birj muavine sigaradan çocukların ve kendisinin rahatsız olduğunu söyledi muavin napayım git metroyu ara dedi , amcanın birine de bilet satmışlar ama.koltuğu yoktu koridorda yolculuk yaptı . Kısaca rezaletti.

Even though it is metropolitan, some cities are still so-called metropolitan cities because the subway of my childhood is not comfortable at all anymore, they say that the car breaks down and it will be repaired. And they are attempting to lie so that we do not buy tickets from elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erzurum ordu arası bir süredir kullandığım firma.Varış süresi 9 saat ve resmi molalar az.Genel olarak rahat seyahat sağlıyor;sadece 1 kez gecenin 2sinde bizi Erzurum otogarına girmeden indirdiler. İki bayanmışız yürüyerek gidebilirmişiz, bu durum beni çok üzdüğü için 1 yıldız kırdım. Sayelerinde diğer hanımefendi ile titreyip sohbet etmeye çalışarak otogara yürüdüm, umarım bunu hep yapmıyorlardır.
The company I have been using for a while between Erzurum and Ordu. Arrival time is 9 hours and official breaks are few. It provides comfortable travel in general; they dropped us off only once in the 2nd of the night before entering Erzurum bus station. We were two ladies, we could go on foot, I deducted 1 star because this situation made me very sad. Thanks to them, I walked to the bus station, trembling and trying to chat with the other lady, I hope they don't always do this.
