I do not recommend. The driver came with a car, the technical condition of which left much to be desired, e.g. a cracked windshield, broken seats that fell off the track while driving. The first trip to the hammam in Bodrum - on the spot they are directed to the roof, where customers scheduled for a specific time wait in the heat of 40 degrees for about 20 minutes for their turn. On the roof there are old, dirty and torn couches that the mere sight discourages from staying. In the bathhouse, another surprise, as a woman, I expected that the bathhouse would be served by women, not men, who allowed themselves to be patted towards some people. The massage also left a lot to be desired, e.g. the masseuse's bottle with oil fell down and she continued the massage without using the oil, although I paid for it ? Another trek to Pamukale and another failure. Collection at the hotel at 5.30 am, after a 0.5 hour drive, the bus stopped at the point where other guests were dropping off. It took about 1.5 hours from the moment we left the hotel before we continued our journey, one great chaos, no organization. Pilotka Wiera had a problem with speaking for the Polish-speaking group, she slept after "good morning", before the first stop she said a few words about stops, shopping and the place where we were going. I expected something more from the local office than publicly available information, I even asked for some interesting facts about life in Turkey, about customs. Unfortunately, the pilot stated that she would not be able to say anything because she had to operate two coaches. On the way back, we came back with a French-speaking pilot who could not tell us anything in Polish or even English. Of course, the pilot did not show up on our bus anymore, at the end she did not even say goodbye. To sum up: take a client, collect money, use your finger to show where, what and how, and when to return.

Metin Tour has accompanied me in all regions of Turkey and I have always been satisfied with the service and tours. In Bodrum, I didn't quite find what I was used to. Organizational chaos, a guide with very poor Polish, trips more oriented towards sponsorship than sightseeing ... on average.

We went on a boat trip. The cruise itself was as described. We left the port of Turgutreis, stopped 5 times for a swim. There was lunch on the ship, and drinks were charged extra. Beer was supposed to be 3 euro and soft drinks 2 euro. We were very surprised at the end of the cruise. According to my simple calculations, we should pay 25 euros, but we were billed for 34 euros. We received a twisted translation that the beer we drank was more expensive (tuborg is more expensive than efes), no one told us that they are at different prices. Besides, they count the prices in lira and then convert them into euro at their exchange rate (much worse than in the exchange office). I take this as deliberate misrepresentation. I did not pay on the ship, I went to the exchange office to exchange euro for lira. I felt cheated, because what else to call a situation in which you make an appointment for a specific price and in a moment you have to pay over 30% more.

At the beginning, I had a question mark in my mind because I had never used this agency before, but I almost cried after it was over, I have not seen such a great organization neither Tui nor Itaka, both half price. Thank you all, at least 3 more families with us next year. you won,
