★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour bus never arrived. I even confirmed with Viator the night before. I have had to go through viator every step of the way, because even when I contacted Metin tours they never responded to me.
Finally on the day the bus was supposed to arrive, and didn’t, I had to contact viator again to get the tour operator to respond as to why the bus didn’t show. Their excuse was too many people had cancelled. Ok and so they just were not gonna let me know?!
Metin tours finally contacted me and asked me to reschedule but since I’m leaving soon I couldn’t and why would I want to anyways if this is their customer service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the Hierapolis and Pammukale day tour from Antalya. Everything was very good and the transfers were nice an comfy. Me and my wife were the only english speaking tourist so we had a personal tour guide just for us. Very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.
