Bad hotel After to two night I stayed in the hotel I ask them to stay at hotel until 9:00 p.m and pay half cost the don't agree

Excellent in every way. I was so comfortable there that I stayed an extra couple of days longer than I had planned. The hotel is centrally located and there is a fantastic breakfast. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I paid 100 TL for a single as a walk-in customer. Perfect choice for Gaziantep.

During our tour this was the first hotel we stayed at. Very convenient if you are looking for a hotel by the market - shops. You can easily walk to all of them. There are small food markets next door so if you need anything you can shop easily. Also a-lot of electronic shops. The hotel was clean, tidy, very boutique and have great employees. It is safe. They are taking very good precautions for covid. Great job ?? The check in and check out was very quick. The wifi was not that well but it might be my items... The rooms were very good. Had everything in it. Has complimentary coffee and water in the rooms. I do want to say that Mr. Kerem was amazing!!! His service skills are beyond amazing. He was so positive and was always smiling. It is so important for the hospitality business. To the manager and owner it is so hard to find staff members like him as they take their job above and beyond. Thank you very much for the complimentary Turkish coffee. ❤️? If I do come back will definitely stay here. ??

It deserves 1 star. Very bad service. They gonna do everything to get you for the first night but after they change 180°. They did not even allow my friend to visit me in my room. I told them she is a guest but they did not accept that.

Nice clean pleasant room to stay. Staff are approachable.. Room are wide good for couple, even for small ? Wonderful lobby ambience.. Recommendable hotel..and not to expensive even for those foreign people. PS.. This hotel is located in the middle of çarşi.. (main city market and historical places ) walking distance to all Awesome scenery and restaurants.,,Coffee shops.. Jewelry shop. Fabric stuff.. And more.. Enjoy ..?? god blessed
