★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şirdan is a must try. It is beef or lamb intestine stuffed with a spicy rice. It’s eaten with dried red chilli powder, lemon juice and Cumin powder sprinkled on it.
The bazaar thing is the shape it takes on. My first meal in Adana.
