Sarımsağı masaya istediğimiz halde getirmediler ve beyran sunumu yapıyoruz dediler. Sunumda kullanılan salça dahi lezzeti kurtaramamıştı. Su ve tane özleşmemişti. Beğenmedim. Yıldızları seylan çayı hatırıatrınana verdim. Before serving, they prepare the soup in a bowl and put it on the fire. The garlic put in it is boiled. They did not bring the garlic to the table even though we wanted it, and they said we are making a beyran presentation. Even the tomato paste used in the presentation could not save the flavor.
