A quality Köfteci restaurant from Çarşamba/ Samsun region. I said restaurant because they have hot meals. Moderately hygienic. The staff is friendly, but untrained. Deficiencies are not corrected in a timely manner. The washbasin is not separated as male/female. There is a WC in the form of a handicapped WC. Defective Not used, A paper sign saying Defective is hung. Zero seriousness. Normal vc did not catch our eye either. The attire of the staff is casual streetwear. We recommend a white apron or more appropriate clothing The lentil soup is super, 95 out of a hundred. Meatballs, I think, came across to us, it was not the quality we wanted or expected. Two of us ate half a kilo of meatballs because we were hungry. Watch out for the meatballs. Don't be meatballs. Because they have a serious reputation in the region.
