Horribly noisy site, zero soundproofing. Sounds coming from the upper diagonal circle, even from the two upper flats, are inside the house. Pure peace!!!

Security and privacy are very good. The site is surrounded by iron and wires, encrypted doors, cameras. There is a garage and 24-hour security. The area is clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Binanin malzemesi dokme beton oldugu icin ve ses yalitim malzemesi neredeyse yok seviyesinde oldugu icin gercekten daireler arasi cok fazla gurultu geciyor. Ozellikle ucuncu bloktan daire tutmayi dusunenlere komsularini cok ciddi arastirmalarini oneriririm. Sonra basiniza ne isler acilacagini tahmin bile edemiyorsunuz. Tasindiktan iki ay sonra kacmak zorunda kaldim, kesinlikle uzak durulmasi gereken bir site ve blok!!
Since the material of the building is poured concrete and the sound insulation material is almost non-existent, there is a lot of noise between the apartments. I would especially recommend those who are considering renting a flat from the third block to seriously research their neighbors. Then you can't even guess what will happen to you. Two months after I moved I had to escape, a site and block to be avoided for sure!!
