It was once a very lively and elite settlement, we civilians envied those living in the lodgings, it had private rings, the houses were beautiful, they had special places in the lodgings for shopping, they had cafes, if we had a relative living in air lodgings, it was a privilege to go there, now it is many houses are idle, military personnel prefer to live in the city instead of lodging.
