There’s was drinks and food pretty much 24/7. So much variety of foods. Definitely everyone can find something.
Entertainment was very nice.
All the staff was nice.
Staff at kids club was nice and they did good stuff with the kids.
We had to visit the hotel hospital once, it was a fairly good kept and hygienic place.
It wasn’t a sand beach, which was a bit disappointing.
Rooms were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy rooms with nice views combined with excelent services and a big diversity of food and beverage. It has pools for everybody: adults, kids and babies. The beach is with stones not with sand so you will need to use special footwear for it. Excelent animation programs. It was my second time to this hotel, and even though I've heard that other hotels lowered their service and food quality to recover after pandemic, they didn't.

There are no bathrobes in the rooms, the Wellness Hammam was cold and the massage was like on the strip ?
The food's okay, they charge for tea in the evenings if you want a drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ONLY 2 things I loved here were : the landscape and cleanness. But, this is DEFFINETLY NOT A 5* hotel judging by the very low customer skills the employees have!
They are very, very rude!!!
Plus, where in the world a 5 * hotel is charging the customer separately for Internet service???!!! Where in the world a 5 * hotel is slapping customer hand while he is trying to choose his/her tea bag at breakfast ????
