The company is really bad. The workmanship they do is terrible. They will come for 4 years for the deficiencies. The bathroom and toilet are still flowing, they said they will come. They did not come. It is enough for them to take their money. I do not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tavsiye etmiyorum, işlerinin arkasında durmadılar hatta tekrar para istediler. Geçenlerde alt komşum banyo tavanından su sızdığını söyledi. Ben de bir arkadaş tavsiyesi ile Mertsan yapıya gittim ve işi yapacaklarını herhangi bir sorun veya sıkıntı olursa işlerinin arkasında olduklarını belirttiler. Banyomu yaptılar ama ilerleyen zamanlarda komşumun tekrar banyo tavanında su sızdığını söylemesi üzerine Mertsan yapıyı aradım 3 gün sonra anca usta gönderip baktılar. Gelen usta derzdendir deyip bir avuç derz çekti ve Mertsan yapı benden 100 lira para istedi. Yaptıkları işin arkasında bile durmadılar.
I do not recommend, they did not stand behind their work, even asked for money again. Recently, my lower neighbor said water leaked from the bathroom ceiling. I went to Mertsan building with the recommendation of a friend and they stated that they will do the job and they are behind their work if there is any problem or trouble. They did my bathroom, but later on when my neighbor told me that there was water leaking on the ceiling of the bathroom again, I called the Mertsan building 3 days later, they sent a master and looked. The master who came in said it is from the joint and pulled a handful of joints and the Mertsan Yapı asked me for 100 lira. They did not even stand behind their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşinin arkasında durmadılar fatura ıçin yenıden para ıstedıler ustelık eksık ve baska urunlü iş yaptılar. Su kovıd zamanı ınsanların guvenını sarstılar. Dıkkatlı olun tavsıye kesınlıkle etmıyorum.
They did not stand behind their work, they asked for money again for the invoice, and they did a job with incomplete and other products. They shook people's confidence in the time of the water crisis. Be careful, I definitely do not recommend.
