They're definitely bad. I gave my Zara goose down coat, they threw my coat in the machine even though it shouldn't be thrown into the machine, they applied something chemical and wiped it, and it burned it, it became shiny like an ironing lady, the fluff of the coat was gone, the seams were faded, the leather strips on the edge were probably torn due to the chemical. They certainly do not know about dry cleaning, and they harm your product. If you throw yourself in the machine at home, you will be less harmful. Never give away a product that we value.
