So to speak, New bus station is tremendous though no free shuttle provided by the companies it should have been since there are free shuttle service in the another city's bus station. Staff is unfriendly,uneducatedd and not straightforward. They behave reluctant for anything you may request as if they are forced to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most bus terminals are disgusting in Turkey, which is unfortunate because there are many places to visit. Mersin otogar is a pleasant surprise in this sense. Especially the clean restrooms are worth to appreciate.
