★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Binada çalışan biri olarak yapı çok kötü. Kışın çok soğuk yazın çok sıcak. Kışın pencerelerden içeriye yağmur giriyor yıllardır düzeltemediler. Özürlü otoparkını kapıdan uzak girintili bir yere taşıdılar araçların arkasına başka arabalar park ediyor o yüzden kullanılamıyor. Tuvalet havalandırması yok. Kokular içeriye yayılıyor hatta bodrum kattaki yemekhanenin kokuları da tüm binayı sarıyor. Yemek olayı ayrı bir dert çalışanların çoğu dışardan yiyor. En büyük sıkıntı da elektrik kesintisi. Otopark yetersiz. Kafe tarzı bir yer yok. Yönetim kadrosu ve çalışanları iyi insanlar. Iletisim sorunu yok.
As someone working in the building the building is very poor. Very cold in winter and very hot in summer. In winter, rain comes in through the windows and hasn't been able to fix it for years. They moved the disabled car park to a recessed place away from the door, so other cars are parked behind the cars, so they cannot be used. No toilet ventilation. The scents are spreading inside, and even the scents of the refectory on the basement surround the entire building. A separate worry about the meal event is that most of the employees are eating from the outside. The biggest problem is the power failure. Parking was inadequate. No cafe style place. The management staff and staff are good people. No communication problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mersin Üniversitesi Çiftlikköy kampüsünde bulunmaktadır. Neredeyse en kuzeydeki bina. Etrafı boş, yalnız kalmış gibi bir hali var. İçerisinde bir çok bilişim firması var.
It is located on the Mersin University Çiftlikköy campus. Almost the most northern building. There is an empty, lonely state. There are many IT companies in it.
