★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Mersin for over 20 times in last three years, Mersin Hotel used to be my favorite as remarkably close to the market and bang on the road, hard for any one to miss it.
Wonderful hospitality and staff at Front office and reception.
Good Amount of Security and cosy.
But, rooms are getting okay to bad and lately worse.
I missed mersin hotel's goodness, Last three visited stayed with Hilton in Mersin.
Planning a visit again next week

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty which is very strange in turkey, the loby doesn't have central AC and you feel like hell, the rooms AC not working properly, the hotel has only one smal lift which take you to get thr lift, any way i had spent very togh night in Mersin totel and paid for one night big ammount compairing with thevhotel qualitly and I do not recommend this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old, unclean and bad service/ unwelcoming staff,,, I stayed two nights a year ago (was not good but we had no other choice for a short stay), this year we arrived late and had to stay again for one night, the room was very dirty we could not dare even to touch anything or have a path, the breakfast was compulsary (no option to reduce price if you chose without breakfast), the price was too expensive comparing to nearby hotels with much better quality,,, the only good point of the hotel is the sea view (my room was not even on sea view),, bottom line, this hotel is not recommended at all from my side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel appeared to be quite an establishment about 30 years ago but unfortunately it looks like management has changed since its establishment days and as gone downhill is far as repair in appearance the service is OK at best but the free breakfast and lunch and dinner that they offer always seemed to be called no matter what time you get there they Also offer a bar that you can go to but only to find out you have to pay 70 lira just to get into the place only to find out that the place had 2 men inside watching one woman sing on a stage in a very dark basement it was very unappealing and could not imagine meeting or having a good time with new people there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was clean but the receptionist were very rude they were not helpful at anything just taking money from you, they told me in the check-in you can have breakfast from 7:30am-11:00am, I went to have breakfast at 10:30am the breakfast staff their got very angry and was talking in Turkish i don’t know if they were swearing at me they didn’t let me to have breakfast, i left the breakfast area i talked to the receptionist his reaction was very bad he said i am busy right now. I payed 900try per night for 2 rooms, each time i was going out and coming back to hotel i was paying 20-40liras to the guys on the door for parking my car which was in front of the hotel door, i could park it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my third time to stay at this hotel front staff house keeping provided excellent service. Manager and security are very polite, every thing in the room works lot of hot water soap shampoo hair dryer laundry service and very clean.
