Öğrencilerin eğitimleri için okullarına devam ettikleri süre içinde bir de genel olarak hafta sonu eğitim veren dershanelere gitmeleri ve bu bağlamda hem maddi hem manevi zarar yaşıyorlardı. Ancak temel liseler hem okul hem dershane hizmeti sunarak bu zararı engellemek adına oluşturuldu. Temel liselerin daha önce dershane formatında faaliyet gösterdikleri dönemde tanınmalarından dolayı güvenilirlik sorunu yaşamamaktadır. Devletin vermiş olduğu destek ile temel lise fiyatlarının oldukça düşük seviyelerde tutulacak olması önemlidir. Eğitime destek tam destek.
