I applied with the recommendation of a friend to correct my psychology that deteriorated in the military. As a result of the online therapies we do with Mrs. Çiğdem, I feel much better, now I can sleep comfortably at night and continue my daily activities in a healthier psychological way. Kaygımdan dolayı masanın başında ders çalışmaya bile oturamıyordum. Zaman zaman sebepsiz yere çok endişeleniyordum. Hocam diğer psikologlardan farklı olarak kaygının arkasında yatan sebepleri ortaya çıkardı. Şuanda çok daha rahat ders çalışıyorum ve olayları daha iyi yorumlayabiliyorum. Hello there. For a long time I had been trying to deal with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder due to anxiety and stress. Because of this, my friendship and school life was affected. Because of my anxiety, I could not even sit at the desk to study. At times I was very worried for no reason. Unlike other psychologists, my teacher revealed the reasons behind the anxiety. I am studying much more comfortably now and I can interpret events better. And thanks to my teacher, my communication with people improved. I thank him very much and definitely recommend to anyone who thinks they go.
