Not clean hotel does not deserve its own star.

The reception entrance is very modern and spacious, but I cannot say the same for the rooms. The receptionist said that the room I stayed in was old but the other rooms were very good. Other rooms are full. Did we believe?

We ate at the restaurant on the 9th floor. It was delicious. Prices are normal for this restaurant. We came across fine saz live music. We enjoyed it. There are indoor balconies and open balconies. It can also be comfortable with the family.

The hotel is totally bad. It may look good from the outside, but the service is zero. Our room was not ready even though we made a reservation 1 day before. We stayed in a suite room with our 2 children, but the room was not ready when we went to the room, although we waited for the procedures downstairs. We entered the room, one of the pillowcases was completely wet, the bedspreads were damp. When we said it, the lady at the reception said it would dry, the pillow was too wet, we said okay, we'll change it, and when we came out, we saw that it wasn't changed, it was still wet. Later, we asked for the internet password, and when my wife did not understand and asked again, the gentleman at the reception gave an answer as "we gave it". We wanted towels and slippers. After calling 2 times, the gentleman came and asked if there was a problem, and as soon as my wife opened her mouth, she put the words in her mouth by saying "TELL ME QUICKLY WHEN YOU SAY, I LEFT THE RECEPTION AND THERE IS ALREADY THE WEDDING". Now think about what kind of hotel it is.

Bad bad bad. There was dirt on the carpets. Not swept. The duvets are yellowed. The toilet is 1 meter above. No one was involved at breakfast. Air conditioners were said to be broken and turned off. I woke up in the middle of the night to the voices of men and women coming to their rooms, drinking and talking. This is a hotel I will never go to and would not recommend.

We stayed for 1 day with my family for the purpose of resting on the way back from the holiday. It was the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Despite making a reservation, we arrived at the hotel at 4 pm due to traffic. When we made a record and went to the room, they were just cleaning the room. We waited for them with the road-tired children. This was just the beginning. When we asked to change the sheets and pillows wet, they said ok, but they waited for it to dry on its own. In fact, I think the main business purpose is the wedding hall, they made the rest of the building a hotel. It says wifi is available but not connecting. It says there is parking but there isn't. I think we can say that it is the worst hotel in Merzifon. Don't be fooled by the photos, I said the photos are beautiful, I guess it's a good place, but I was wrong. We left the hotel as if we were escaping without having breakfast in the morning. I can say good luck to those who will stay.

Don't stay if you have the opportunity beyond crappy. The room air conditioner does not work in the winter. Zero interest. No cleaning pattern room. Looking at the carpets makes you feel nauseous.
