Yılda 1 kez filtre değiştirmeniz yeterli denildiği halde 6 ayda bir ücretli olarak değiştiriyorlar fakat arıtmadan gelen su halen içilemez kadar kötü.En son 3 hafta önce tüm filtreleri ücretli olarak değiştirdiler , sonuç berbat her zamanki gibi.3 defa aradım servis istedim ,gelecez dediler ama henüz gelen olmadı.Bu firmayı hiç kimseye tavsiye etmem , boşuna paranızı ve zamanınızı harcamayın... I bought a TİGER brand undercounter water purifier 2 years ago from this company and I am not satisfied at all. The water quality is very bad, their service is very bad. Although it is said that it is enough to change the filter once a year, they change it every 6 months for a fee, but the water coming from the treatment is still so bad that it is still undrinkable. They changed all the filters for a fee, the last 3 weeks ago, the result is terrible as usual. I called 3 times, I asked for service, they said they will come, but yet I would not recommend this company to anyone, don't waste your money and time...
