★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dondurmaları güzel. Favorilerim elmalı-tarçınlı ve incir-ceviz-tarçın dondurmaları oldu. Çeşit çok, cennet hurmasının bile dondurması mevcut.
Their ice creams are good. My favorites were the apple-cinnamon and fig-walnut-cinnamon ice creams. There are many varieties, even persimmon ice cream is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri memnuniyeti kavramı umurlarında değil. Dondurmaların üzerindeki çikolata sosunu bile hesap edip duymazlıktan geliyorlar. Diğer şubelerinde tuvalete girdirmemek için boş olan tuvalete dolu dediler. Bir Ürgüplü olarak Merkez Pastanelerinin bu tutumu beni oldukça rahatsız etti.
They don't care about the concept of customer satisfaction. They ignore even the chocolate sauce on the ice cream. In other branches, they said that the empty toilet was full in order not to enter the toilet. As a person from Ürgüp, this attitude of Merkez Patisseries made me very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yorumlara baktım yanlış yeremi yorum yapıyorum diye tekrar tekrar kontrol ettim. Hayret.. biz iki günlük tatilimiz için Kapadokyadaydık. İki akşamda bu pastaneye gittik. Çokta beğendik. Fiyatlar başka yerlere göre hiçte yüksek değil gayet uygundu. İki çay bir trileçe aldık 25 TL ödedik mesela. Karamelli Trileçeyi özellikle tavsiye ederim:)
I looked at the comments and checked again and again because I was commenting in the wrong place. Surprise.. we were in Cappadocia for our two-day vacation. We went to this patisserie in two evenings. We liked it a lot. Prices were not high at all compared to other places, but very reasonable. For example, we bought two teas and a trileche and paid 25 TL. I especially recommend the Caramel Trileche :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I higly recommend their poğaça ? with kashar cheese (pale yellow cheese made of sheep’s milk) since they prepared its dough with butter. It is tasty and it did not bothered my stomach
