 I bought a second-hand phone, especially though I asked, they did not repair it, they did not open it, they sold the phone. You can defraud a place that deceives the customer with a lie.

I bought an iPhone 11 in November, and when I was buying it, I asked them if the device was repaired, they said they did not see it. I bought a new pad for the wireless charging of the phone, I said it was an experience, it didn't work, it had a guarantee, I sent it to the original apple service, what would they say? They said that there is no part of the device that hasn't changed, it is missing in many parts, it is not in the wireless charging pad, they changed the case, most of the screws are missing, most of the casing is missing, it's haram.
