★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık 4 yıl önce 170 bin TL ye bir daire için anlaşmıştık banka kredisine başvurdum ve bankadan 140 bin yada 150 bin TL kredi çıkacak kalanını kendim elden teslim edecektim el sıkıştık 500 dolar kapora verdım.3 yada 4 gün sonra bankadan yanıt geldi eve 120 bin TL kredi çıktı bu durumda Meris emlak sahibi Mahmut denen şahısa evi bu durumda alamayacağım söyledim kaporami istedim ama kapora yandı dedi bende kendisine keyfi vazgecmedigimi krediden dolayı aradaki farkı karsilayamayacagimi söyledim beni ilgilendirmez dedi ve benim kaporami vermedi. Sizlere önerim şudur eğer bu kişiyle alış veriş yapacaksaniz benim bu deneyimim kulağınıza küpe olsun ben gibi mağdur olmayın
