O an yanımıza gelen mağaza müdürü Gökhan Bey güler yüzle ve samimi bir tavırla "Ne demek efendim bu bizim elimizde de kırılabilirdi. Siz alışverisinize devam edin, iyi alışverişler dilerim" diyerek ürünü almamı istemedi.
Müşteri odaklı tavırları ve samimi davranışlarından dolayı her ikisini de teşekkür ediyorum.
