★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19.10.2021 tarihinde randevu alarak hız gösterge çalışmamasının sorun tespiti için gittim ancak sorun tespiti sonrası, işlemi yaptırmak istemezsem harcanan tespitin süresi kadar işçilik ücreti (saatlik 575₺+KDV%18) talep edileceğini bildirdiler. Aslında çok haklılar sonuçta harcanan zaman var ama keşke randevu aldığımız esnasında bu bilgiler müşteriye iletilse ve ona göre karar verilse, hem müşteri hem servis için boşuna zaman kaybı yaşanmasa:) En iyi otomobil bayisine yakışmadı.

 I made an appointment on 19.10.2021 and went to detect the problem of the speedometer not working, but after the problem was determined, they informed that if I did not want to have the operation done, the labor fee (575₺+VAT per hour) would be charged for the duration of the spent detection. Actually, they are very right, after all, there is time spent, but I wish this information was conveyed to the customer during our appointment and the decision was made accordingly, so there would be no waste of time for both the customer and the service:) It did not suit the best car dealership.

Smdi shoowrom number ten there seating area like waiting room, cleaning and catering appearance is superb ? but when you switch to the truck section, the quality is directly reduced by half, service relevance is excellent but you cannot get the same ambience in the same seats on the truck side, otherwise we will protect the truckers who have excellent service, relevance and excellent understanding, thank you.
