Incredibly rude service, one word answers and a complete refusal to speak in English. Avoid if new to Ankara, they are not worth your time.

I had service for my E class, which I have driven from Germany. Before I have driven from Germany, some motor inspection light (yellow) turned on, and I have shown to Mercedes service in Germany. It is said that the problem is from catalitic, and I have payed 40 Eur only for reading the error and for erasing it. When I came to Turkiye, it turned on again, and there was also some noise from steering. Both problems have been resolved. An exaust sensor, and some rubber rod connecting hinge part has been changed. Service was fast, good and price was better than Germany. I have driven back to Germany, and I am still driving it since. I also wanted some shining and paint care, but for that they were not competent. I do not offer buying this kind of service. E sinifi arabam icin servis hizmeti aldim. Almanya'dan yola cikmadan once motor ariza isigi yanmisti. Almanya'daki servis katalitikten dedi, fakat isik sondu deyip herhangi bir islem yapmadi. Arizanin okunmasina 40 Eur. vermistim. Daha sonra Turkiye'ye gelince isik tekrar yandi. Ayrica dreksiyon sisteminden ses gelmeye basladi. Koluman'da servise goturdum, egzost sensoru ile rot uzerindeki lastikli bir mafsal parca degisti. Daha sonra aracimla Almanya'ya dondum, hala sorunsuz kullaniyorum. Fiyat Almanya'ya gore uygundu. Aracima boya koruma da yaptirdim, ancak bu servisten memnun kalmadim. Bu tur bir servis islemini onermiyorum.

Although more expensive than any other convenient workshops; extremely busy even on summer holi-days! You will leave satisfactory with a great amount of unload... :)))

Great mechanics and fast service, it's worth bartering on the price where possible. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Trustworthy and they cleaned the car for free after changing the brake pads, thanks lads.

I'm not sure how this organization got 4.2 stars. I bought a second hand car from this location, I have no complaints about the car itself because it was exactly the way that it was described. However, the way that it was handed to us was an absolute disaster. I was told the car would be cleaned but it was so disgustingly dirty that I barely made it home withouth throwing up. There was at least an inch of dust and dirt inside of the car. The fuel was nearly empty , I had to fill it up at the nearest gas station. I expected a little bit of a respect while making this purchase. So DİSRESPECTFUL. Not to mention the there was no spare key and the man who handed over our car was clearly expecting a tip.
