★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randevu alarak gittim. Sadece rutin yapım yapılacaktı. Bana işlemin 3 ile 4 saat arası biteceği söylendi. Ama sabah 9 da girip akşam 16.30 da alabildim aracımı. İlgi alaka sıfır, arabayı attılar bir kenara saatlerce bekledi öyle. Personele defalarca rica minnet sorarak akşama ancak alırsınız aracınızı. Ve komik olan dünya para alıp birde en son aracımı yıkamadan kiriyle verdiler. Neymiş yıkamada sıra varmış. Koluman Tarsus mu? Bir daha asla gitmem!
 I went by appointment. It would just be routine construction. I was told that the process would take between 3 and 4 hours. But I was able to enter at 9 am and get my vehicle at 16.30 in the evening. No interest, they threw the car aside and waited for hours. You can only get your car in the evening by asking the staff many times. And the funny thing is that the world took money and gave my last car with dirt without washing it. It's time to wash. Koluman Tarsus? I will never go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randevu alarak servise gittim. Otomobilimi saatinde bakıma aldılar. Öncesinde yapılacak bakım ve maliyet konusunda bilgi verildi. Otomobil belirtilen saatte yıkandıktan sonra bana teslim edildi. Tesis oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Özellikle Servis sorumlusu başta olmak üzere emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederim.
I made an appointment and went to the service. They had my car serviced on time. Information about the maintenance and cost to be done beforehand was given. The car was delivered to me after being washed at the specified time. The facility was very clean and tidy. Staff were smiling and helpful. I would like to thank everyone who contributed, especially the Service Manager.
