★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiç profesyonel değil.İş Başvurusu için Fotoğrafsız CV bıraktım . Görüşme için arandım ve benden fotoğraf istedi arayan hanfendi. Fakat başörtülü olduğum için geri tekrar aranmadım. Demek ki CV değil görünüş önemliymiş. Gerçek Profesyonellik bu değildir.
Başörtülü çalıştırmıyorlarsa bunu ilk başta söyleyebilirlerdi. YAptıkları hiç etik değil.
Not a professional at all. I left a CV without a photo for the Job Application. I called for a meeting and the lady asked for a photo from me. But I was not called back because I was wearing a headscarf. So appearance matters, not CV. This is not true Professionalism.
If they weren't working with a headscarf, they could have said this at first. What they do is not ethical at all.

A true German classic. They are very good at their job, but the environment is very cold and it is not possible to see a single smiling face with rules.
