★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon etwas befremdlich, wenn das Autohaus uns in eine andere Werkstatt (nicht Mercedes zugehörig) schickt, weil sie sich außerstande sieht, bei einem Mercedes Sprinter 416 CDI Baujah 04/2004 einen Bremsflüssigkeit austausch vorzunehmen. Schade. Allerdings der Servicesschalter heilte dies hervorragend, da sie sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht waren diese Lösung zu finden. Serviceorientiert und extrem höflich.
A bit strange when the dealership sends us to another workshop (not belonging to Mercedes) because they are unable to replace the brake fluid on a Mercedes Sprinter 416 CDI model year 04/2004. Too bad. However, the service counter healed this excellently, as they were very helpful and tried hard to find this solution. Service oriented and extremely polite.
