★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her sene mesai arkadaşlarımla birleşip Antep'te yaşayan bir yakınımız vasıtası ile 60-70 kg arası fıstık alıyoruz. Son siparişe kadar çok memnunduk. bu sebeple yıllardır alım yapıyoruz.
Ekim 2020 de aldığımız Siirt fıstığını beğenmedik, hiç fıstık lezzeti yoktu. çok tozluydu (çuval dibindeki ürünler gibi) belki bir önceki senenin ürünüydü, bilemiyorum. Antep fıstığı ise irili ufaklı karışıktı. İçinden minicik fıstıklar bile çıkıyordu.
Asıl mesele : Her iki türde kabuğu açınca yeşil değil sarıydı. (kavrulmuş fıstık içi sarı mı olmalı, yeşil mi, yada bu renk değişimi neyin göstergesi bilemiyorum. biri aydınlatırsa memnun olurum)
Son seneyi saymazsak 5 yıldız.
Every year, we meet with my colleagues and buy 60-70 kg of peanuts through a relative living in Antep. We were very satisfied until the last order. For this reason, we have been purchasing for years.
We did not like the Siirt pistachio we bought in October 2020, it did not have any pistachio flavor. it was very dusty (like the products at the bottom of the sack) maybe it was the product of the previous year, I don't know. Pistachio was mixed large and small. Even tiny peanuts were coming out of it.
The main thing is: when both types opened the shell it was yellow rather than green. (I don't know if the roasted peanuts should be yellow, green, or what this color change indicates.
5 stars, not counting the last year.

Bu konuda bir düzenleme yapılması gerekiyor ki bir farkınız olsun. Umarım bu konuda gereği yapılır. Tavsiye ederim ürünler taze ve kaliteli. Çalışan arkadaşlar yeterince ilgili teşekkür ederim.
