★ ★ ★ ★ ★ başka emlakcı bakın...hürriyet emlağa verdiği ilanlardan buldum kendisini,yanına gittik her beğendiğim ilanda gördüğüm evlere bir kılıf buldular yok kiracı çıkmıyor dedi yok vazgeçti dedi..benim beğendiğim evlerin sadece birini gösterdi diğerlerini göstermemek için hep bahane buldular...gösterdiklerinide ben beğenmedim...sonra bir kere aradılar dedimki sizin gösterdiklerinizi beğenmedim ama benim beğendiğim ilanda gördüğüm evleri problemler çözülünce görmek isterim dedim..bir daha ne aradılar nede sordular..o bahaneler bulup göstermedikleri evler hala hürriyet ilanda peki neden hala ilanda neden hala o evler duruyor anlamış değilim..bir daha hiç işim olmaz..bu işlerde bir iş var...ben çözemedim amaç ne..zaten iyi şeylerde duymadım iyiki olmamış..hoş değil bir esnaf için...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sakın ama sakın bulaşmayın bu insanlara. Kendi mülkiyetlerinde bulunan evi sanki sahibi başkasıymış gibi kiraladılar bize. Yanımızda ev sahibi ile telefonda konuşuyormuş gibi yapıp güya pazarlık yaptılar. Taşındıktan sonra öğrendik bu durumu. Ayrıca yasal orandan daha fazla zam yapmaya çalıştılar. Hayatımda gördüğüm en sahtekar ve yalancı insanlar.
Son kirayı vermedim depozit yerine sayın dedim. Eksik bir şey çıkarsa ben karşılarım. Sizin gibi değilim ben dedim. Mahkemeye veririz şöyle yaparız dediler. İyi ki de son kirayı vermemişim. Evi teslim ederken para koparmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Yok burası çizilmiş yok banyonun ampulünü almışınız. Tabi kide ben taktıysam alacağım. Kısaca asla bulaşmayın ne ev kiralatın ne ev kiralayın ne de ev alıp evinizi satın. Son olarak sözleşmeyi imzalayana kadar insan numarası yapmayı ihmal etmiyorlar :)
Don't mess with these people. They rented the house on their property as if the owner was someone else. They pretended to talk to us on the phone with the landlord and supposedly negotiated. We learned that after moving. They also tried to raise more than the legal rate. The most dishonest and liar people I've ever seen.
I didn't pay the last rent, I said, instead of a deposit. If anything is missing, I'il take it. I said I'm not like you. They said we'd take it to court. Good thing I didn't pay the last rent. When they handed over the house, they did their best to get money. No, you've taken the light bulb. If I put it on, I will. In short, never get involved, neither rent a house nor rent a house nor buy a house. Finally, they do not neglect to pretend to be human until you sign the contract :)

Bir yıl dolmadan kendisi evi satın almış, bir akrabasını da evi alan kişi olarak bize tanıtıp , sözde alan kişinin evlenip eve yerleşeceği yalanıyla bizi evden çıkarmaya çalıştı. Ev çok iyi olmadığı için çıktık. Sonrada başkasına o zamanın parasıyla 50-100 TL fazlasına yine kiraya verdiler. Başka bir tanıdık arkadaşa da benzer bir şey yaşattılar. Gülen yüzlerine aldanmayın, kesinlikle uzak durun.
7 years ago this real estate agent !!! We rented a house from a friend. He bought the house before the end of a year, introduced a relative to us as the buyer, and tried to evict us with the lie that the so-called buyer will marry and settle in the house. We left because the house was not very good. Later, they rented another 50-100 TL excess for the money of that time. They gave another familiar friend something similar. Don't be fooled by their smiling faces, definitely stay away.
