Merada Suite Hotel

The place is good, clean, very good location and close to all necessary services, but breakfast needs improvement

The worse hotel experience ever. I booked a luxury suit with partial sea view. When i got there i was given a standard room with no view at all. The staff tried to pretend it was normal and they had the audacity to say they will transfer me to a "better" room the next day just so that i can be happy. But even that never happened they only managed to find me a room 3 days into my stay at which point i said its not worth it to pack up and switch rooms for just two days. I told them i rather be compensated and reimbursed the difference, they said that they cant do anything and sent me a platter of fruits as a gift. So bottom line i paid for a luxury suite 3 weeks in advance got to the hotel was transferred to a standard suite with a terrible view, got 0 compensation 0 reimbursement(except for a platter of fruits). No ethics and standards whatsoever!

Very friendly staff and always ready to provide their service when needed. superb location, within walking distance to all amenities. I felt at home and my small dog was also very welcomed.

One of the best hotels in Mersin. I visited from Canada for 2 weeks and the cleanliness, the service, and the whole experience was amazing. The suite I stayed in felt like an actual home. Staff were very helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my stay. Excellent breakfasts as well! I will definitely be returning. Thank you to staff members Sefa, Hakan, and Furkan for being so kind and helping during this time. Once again, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Lovely hotel we had a lux suite ,staff very helpfull and printed some of our travel documents , also a nice Turkish style buffet breakfast. The rooms look as good as in the pictures unlike others.

Firstly the reception stuff was really rude and impolite, they were like we are staying by there money! Specially that blonde woman in the morning shift . This is not the first time i came to merada hotel but its the first time the hotel stuff behavior thats way .
