★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya geçen gün yolumun üstünde diye uğradım bu üründen aldım ve 79,99₺ ödedim. Geçen gün tesadüfen Elmalı markete uğradım ve aynı ürünü 37,99₺ ye gördüm. Hani 5-10₺ arada fark olsa hadi diyecem yine. İki katından daha fazla pahalısınız. El insaf, Elmalıda para kazanıyor sizde ama bu kadar olmamalı. Çarşamba günü aradım mağaza yetkilisi bir beyfendiye şikayetimi ilettim güya geri dönecekti ama nerdeeee?
I stopped by the other day because I was on my way and bought this product and paid 79.99₺. The other day, I stopped by the Elmalı market by chance and saw the same product for 37.99₺. If there is a difference of 5-10₺, I will say come on again. You are more than twice as expensive. You are making money in Elmalı, but it shouldn't be that much. I called on Wednesday, I sent my complaint to a gentleman who was in charge of the store, supposedly he would return, but wheredeeee?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malesef müşteri odaklılık yok denecek kadar az, ayrıca müşteri memnuniyeti konusun da çok gerideler. Rakiplerine göre hijyen ve titizlikde de oldukça gerideler. Göze hitap eden görsel olaral hiç bir reyonları yok desem yeridir. Şarküteri Manav vs var fakat çok düzensiz ve tertipsiz açıkçası güven vermiyor. Geçmiş dönemler de daha iyi olduklarını söyleyebilirim, fakat yaklaşık 2 senedir vaziyet bu halde. Umarım kendilerini geliştirirler.
Unfortunately, there is little to no customer focus, and they are far behind in customer satisfaction. They are also far behind in terms of hygiene and meticulousness compared to their competitors. If I say they don't have any visual aisles that appeal to the eye, it would be appropriate. There is a delicatessen, Manav etc. but it is very irregular and unorganized, frankly, it does not give confidence. I can say that they were better in the past, but this has been the case for about 2 years. I hope they improve themselves.
