D	Dursun Demir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüler. Gittiğimizde Mengen'li ünlü aşçı Necip Bey orada olduğu için özel bir menü servis ediyorlardı. Biz sadece çorbasından içebildik. Diğer yemekler özel misafirler için yapılmıştı :) Vakit geçirilebilir ama akşam yemeği için uygun bir yer olmayabilir. Very concerned and friendly. When we went to famous Mengen cook Necip Bey, they served a special menu. We could only drink it from the soup. Other meals were made for special guests :) It may be time-consuming but may not be a suitable place for dinner.

İyi niyetle işletmeciye gittim. Hani garsonun hareketi işletmeciye zarar bilsin istedim. Ondanda ilgisiz bi tepki.haklı olarak sinirlendim. Eleştirdim. Babası geldi. Siz oğlumla böyle konuşamassınız dedi. Komedi gibi. Hakaret etmedim. Sadece işletmeciliğini eleştirdim. Ben O kadar yerde yemek yedim. Böyle bi şey ilk defa başıma geldi. Ankarada alışık olmadığımız bi durum. 8 bayan bi mekana gireceksiniz yemek yemek için. Garson bile pervane olur. Bahşiş almak için. Hizmet sektörü. Memnuniyet ön planda olan bi sektördür. Bi de şikayet edin diyor. Ankarada en kalabalık yerde bile. Sizi otururlar bi çay ikram ederler.. Boşalacak masa ayarlamaya çalışırlar. Boş masalar varken uğraşmamak da değişik bi tecrübe oldu.. C	Cengizhan Bozkurt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanırım artık UZAY Cafe değil, zira Uzay hanım zamanındaki işletme müşteri odaklıydı, şu anda birkaç (kimi nazik, kimi kaba) hanım tarafından işletilmeye çalışılan, 21:15 de mutfak kapalı bahanesi ile içecek hariç servis verilmeyen bir cafe kimliğine bürünmüş... I guess it's not UZAY Cafe anymore, because the business at the time of Mrs Space was customer oriented, now it has assumed the identity of a cafe that is trying to be run by a few (some of them kind, some of them rude) ladies, and that is not served except for drinks at 21:15 with the excuse that the kitchen is closed...

Bir çay için veya aç olsanız açlıktan ölme durumuna gelseniz garsonlar (veya bu işletme için tek garson) sizinle ilgilenene kadar ölebilirsiniz. Normalde sorun çıkaran veya sorun çıkarmaya meyilli bir insan değilim. Ama bu işletme için, sabırlı biri olmasaydım emin olun masaları ters çevirirdim. Kısacası müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır.!!!!!!!!!!! Park cafe with its new name. It's such a terrible business that I can't tell you. You go, sit down and wait for a waiter for 30 minutes. So customer satisfaction is zero. Have a cup of tea, or if you're starving, you can die until the waiters (or the only waiter for this establishment) take care of you. I'm not normally a troublemaker or inclined to cause trouble. But for this business, if I wasn't a patient person, I'd sure turn the tables upside down. In short, customer satisfaction is zero.!!!!!!!!!!!!
