I have washed it before, it looks like clean, but they can't remove any stains. All carpets have labels. I guess they don't bother.

It was said that it would be delivered in 10 days and the promise was kept and they brought it on the 10th day. Some of the stains did not disappear, but they put stickers on them that they washed twice and used stain remover.

They sent a carpet without washing it well, and there is no detergent smell on the carpets.
