The only thing that disturbs the silence is the sounds of birds! The only negativity that develops around the site, which is very close to Tece Public Beach, where almost all shopping malls in Mersin pass by, and which has a beautiful swimming pool, is that it is surrounded by tall buildings.

The site is generally calm and beautiful. But if you like the sea, I would definitely not recommend it. The sea is terrible. You take two steps, it crosses the length and the bottom is stony.
