Özensiz mağaza poşetiyle gelişigüzel paketlenmişti. Sanki o ana üzerinden çıkartmış poşetin içine konmuş gibiydi. Hemen Trendyol asistana ürünün resimleriyle birlikte şikayette bulundum. Aynı gün hemen kargoya götürdüm fakat cumartesi yarın gün mesai olduğu için kargoya yetiştiremedim. Pazartesi günü kargoladım.mail atmışlar ürün tekrar satışa uygun olmadığı için size gönderilecek diye demek ki kendileri satışa uygun olmayan ürün satıyorlar. Artık Trendyol firmasından çözüm bekliyorum aksi takdirde yasal olarak bütün tüketici haklarımı sonuna kadar kullanmakta kararlıyım.
