★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sipariş verdiğim ürün kalite kontrolden geri döndüğü için 2 hafta sonra adresime ulaştı, ulaşan ürünü montajını sağlarken vidalarından bir tanesi tornasız çıktığı için montaj yapılamadı. Aynı gün satıcı ile iletişime geçildi fakat yeni parça isim benzerliğinden dolayı başkasına gönderilmiş. Elektrikçimizi 2 gün boşa çağırıp masraf yapmak zorunda kaldım. İlgili ancak özensiz bir müşteri deneyimi oldu bizim için
 Since the product I ordered was returned from the quality control, it reached my address after 2 weeks. While I was providing the assembly of the product, it could not be mounted because one of the screws came out without a lathe. The same day, the seller was contacted, but the new part was sent to someone else due to the similarity in name. I had to call our electrician for 2 days and spend money. It was a relevant but sloppy customer experience for us
