Learning to read and write; It is an important fact that it adds a new perspective to human life and makes it easier to do many jobs in daily life. It is very important for our citizens to learn how to read and write in order to continue their lives without being dependent on others. In accordance with this purpose; If there are people who are illiterate, especially in your family, relatives, neighbors, people around you and your acquaintances, they will be enrolled in the courses if they are provided to apply to all our schools and public education centers throughout the province. Our courses; It will be opened at the institutions closest to them, on the days and hours requested by our trainees. Citizens participating in the course will be provided with a literacy certificate at the end of the course and with this document, they will have the right to enroll in the second level courses because they are literate. If they complete the second level courses, they will be able to both enroll in driving license courses and gain the right to enroll in higher education levels (Secondary School, High School, University, etc.) as the certificate holder that replaces the primary school diploma.
