Mersin - Within the promised "2-year workmanship guarantee + 10-year material warranty" in the house that we have signed with "Mega Merkez İnşaat ve Prefabrik Yapı Sistemleri" by making the payment as of 13 February 2019. I had a lot of problems starting from the first days following the delivery. I tried to solve almost all of these flaws with my own means, since the company did not stand behind its work and constantly stalled and postponed it with various excuses. I'm still struggling. Cracks occurred in the interior and exterior walls, ceiling coverings. Water and mold formation started between the floor ceramic coverings. Most of the ceramics are dislodged. It takes water in in the rain. The walls of the lower floor were completely swollen and moldy due to the moisture. Almost all of the baseboards were dislodged due to the bulging walls. The smell of moisture and mold originating from the subbasement, which is broken and full of cracks for waste water pipes, which are made incorrectly and cursory, are too disturbing to live at home. The outer covers are removed and they are taking in water. There is a waterfall-like current from the sewage pipes of the upper floor to the lower floor. There are so many more to count ... But company owners have blocked my phones and social media accounts for a long time. I cannot find anyone who will receive a reply to neither messages nor phones. After this sharing, I was told that the problems would be resolved by reaching out to me, and I was asked to remove the sharing and 2 employees came with 5-10 tubes of silicone in their hands and pulled silicone on some visible points and went back. However, nothing has been done about the problem of water and moisture absorption from the building floor, and the problem continues in the same way. Since I could not get any response to my phones after the incident, I no longer had any expectations from the aforementioned company. As you can see, the 2-year workmanship warranty period has already been spent in the agreement. After a while, in order to eliminate the moisture, mold and water intake problems arising from the floor of the house, when we removed all the ceramics and reached the sub-ceramic fillings, it was seen that the filling was made with the familiar sherbet sand and many gaps were left. When we cleared them and went down to submergence, it was seen and documented that a few large foundation cracks with lengths of 4-5 meters were formed.
