Kul hakkından bahsediyorsanız müadil doldurup vereceğinize orjinal verseydiniz evet toneri verdiniz ama kırık olarak sizin bilip bilmediğinizi söylemeniz önemli değil müşterinin ne dediği önemlidir

Bana istemeden yanlış kartuş verdiler tabiki yazıcı çalışmadı ama bu bizim hatamız deyip çok kibar davrandılar. Ve sorunu çözmek için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Sorun çözüldü. Çok ama çok teşekkür ederim.
I had a very old printer. Since it was not used for many years, the cartridges inside became unusable. I went to buy a new cartridge. They gave me the wrong cartridge inadvertently, of course, the printer did not work, but they said this was our fault and were very polite. And they did their best to fix the problem. Problem solved.
