I have never seen such a disgraceful way of cleaning carpets in my life! The patterns on my carpet have been erased! Stay away from this company, did they wash it with bleach, what did they do, my carpets were disgraced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kadar kötü bir işletme olamaz tamamen yalancılar!! Halıları 4 günde teslim diye aldılar 9 günde geldi. Gelen halılar yıkanmadan görderdiğimiz gibi geri geldi. Sonrası ise tam bir facia. arıyorsunuz ama saat akşam 9 diye (24 saat hizmet verdiklerini söylüyorlar) telefona bakmıyor. Mesajda derdini anlatıyorsun sonra numaranı engelliyorlar. Ertesi gün başka numaradan arayınca da ukala ukala cevap verip ne yaparsan yap deyip kapatıyorlar. Sakın güvenip hizmet beklemeyin !!!!

What followed was a complete disaster. You call, but he doesn't answer the phone at 9 pm (they say they serve 24 hours). You tell your problem in the message, then they block your number. The next day, when I call from another number, they answer arrogantly and say whatever you do and hang up. Do not trust and expect service!!!!

Halılarımızı daha önce teslim edeceklerdi ama şimdi akıbetlerini bile bilmiyoruz ve diğer yorumlara bakarak temiz geleceğini bile düşünmüyoruz. Halılarınızı vermeseniz daha iyi edersiniz, varın kirli kullanın. 24 saat açık değil 24 saat ulaşılmaz.
We delivered our carpets to them on Monday and when we called, including on Saturday, we could not reach any answer. They were going to deliver our carpets before, but now we don't even know their fate and we don't even think it will come clean based on other comments.
