Açık yeşil olan ürün giyildiği gün arkadan dikişleri açılarak yırtılmıştır. Siyah kargo pantolon siparişi ise oldukça geç teslim edilmiş ve yanlış bedende dikilmiştir (s istediğim halde XS geldi.) Yırtılan ürünü ertesi gün mağazaya götürdüğümüzde yenisinin dikileceği söylenip defolu ürün mağazacı tarafından teslim alınmış, ertesi gün yenisinin dikildiği haber verilmiş ve mağazaya teslim alınmaya gidildiğinde ürünün aynı ürün olduğu ve sadece yırtılan yere dikiş atıldığı fark edilmiştir. Siyah pantolon için ise terzinin "bu üründe bir yanlışlık yok, bu ürün kullanılmış, ayrıca biz yanlış beden dikmedik." dediği söylenmiştir. Halbuki pantolon paçaları bile tadilata gitmeden ürünün kullanılması zaten mümkün olmamıştır, zaten ürün XS bedende "yanlış" dikildiği için dar olduğundan kullanılamaz halde idi. Bunun üzerine mağaza görevlisi "kendi hataları olmadığı halde" ürünü iade alıp para iadesi yapacaklarını söylemiştir. Mağaza sahibi kadının üslubu da hiç hoş değildi.
