Good hospital not bad

It's more like a commercial institute, you don't feel like you're in a hospital, nobody cares about you or your health there, all they care about is their profit. And the Arabic interpreter there is very unfriendly, unhelpful, & he just wanna get rid of patients...

Depending on my experience with this hospital ( medical Park) I ensure it is the worst hospital I've ever seen , the assistants are very rude , irresponsible, my newborn baby just was born 2 hours they let us carried her between hands and went up stairs to take a blood test with all risks may we witnessed and more my baby's bilirubin test result shows 14,7 and they should told us but they didn't until my baby's situation got worse and bilirubin reached 17,2 the danger point, really they are irrelevant and irresponsible medical group if we can called them medical group!!! I wonder ..

So bad experience !!! The appointment system is very bad .. I booked an appointment through the hospital's website, but unfortunately the appointment does not have any significance for them !! Whoever comes first to the hospital enters the doctor’s room even if he does not have an appointment! The results of the tests are much later than assumed !!

I wish there was some minus rating as well, this hospital is just a business place even they are not doing that with honesty, this is my third time coming here in 3 days, they took my money and still I am struggling to have my prescription. They have a translator as well, which is helpful

The hospital is very expensive, pcr test for 400 tl , it's a scam , it's only for 200 tl in other hospitals , those mf just took my money for no reason

Hello General Manager at Gaziantep Medical Park, Maybe you have a nice and modern building, Maybe you have advanced equipment and facility, but you lossed the most important thing, it's human values and expertise. We are from Czech rep., My son and daughter was hospitalized in room 501 with a Rotavirus. From 16 sep to 21 sep’21, Son one year old and daughter 2 year and 8 month. I've never met so many incompetent people in my life in one place. 1.Because the diagnosis is Rotavirus, and the doctor prescribed the exact food system. but at Gaziantep Medical Park Hospital, ignores everything and gives sick children on Rotavirus, fried food, french fries, Chinese food and Turkish hot soups. When asked why this is the answer always, we apologize for the misunderstanding☹☹. 2.doctor prescribed the I don't have to give infusions last night so they can know if my daughter's condition has improved or not. but the nurse wanted to continue the infusions. and don't know about doctor instruction, When asked why this is the answer always, we apologize for the misunderstanding☹☹. 3.Room service, we didn't have shampoo, toilet paper, we asked many time and after, When asked why this is the answer always, we apologize for the misunderstanding☹☹. 4.Steal patients= no acknowledgment of receipt of cash from patients no price list, Mrs. Zina's chief accountant debit us every day according to her mood, and when we asked why is charges a different amount each time, he starts yelling at us….. very professional private hospital ☹☹. 5.Receipt of cash: after checking, it turned out one payment, from us were not registered. they ended up in the drop of the treasurer at the hospital emergency . When asked why this is the answer always, we apologize for the misunderstanding☹☹. The Medical Park is a gold mine only not hospital. I think that someone from the health minister have to check out price lists and services and the last thing the behavior employees and the and major racial intolerance.
