Medical Park Antalya Hastanesi

I certainly have received a pleasing experience with attending Medical Park Antalya Hastanesi. Firstly, the translation service was prompt and well administered, thanks to both translators, Mohammed & Alexandra. I am very pleased to have had consultation with Dr Halid whose intervention was excellent. The overall experience was not anxiety provoking but was supportive with prompt proactive results when presenting your concerns.

I came to medical park in antalya to visit dr gökhan ates, he is the best doctor in the whole antalya province. And the secretary zohal is the most helpful person you can ever meet. Thank you so much! I really reccommend this hospital!

I had a headache yesterday, so I visited Medical Park Hospital. I was worried because I couldn't speak Turkish, but Alexandria, who interpreted it, helped me so kindly that I could easily get tested. The hospital facilities were good, and the doctor was so kind to me. Thank you again to everyone.

This hospital its just something ridiculous!they do have good doctors. BUT THEIR SERVICES ARE ABSOLUTE TRASH. irresponsible,very expensive to some people one night is 500 for others 1000. If you go there you will need to bargain. They will not provide you fixed price list. It depends on you. ESPECIALLY IF YOU RE A FOREIGNER! AND EVEN AFTER YOU PAY THEM $$$ THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU SERVICES YOU ARE PAYING FOR. You will need to fight with them to get proper care.i absolutely hated this place. And this is private hospital.I would love to give you negative 100 stars.but suddenly i cant.

I had a wonderful experience at Medical Park Antalya Hospital. I was scheduled for a surgery and I got the best prior surgery check up, operation by Dr. Mehmet Guler and his team, great post-op care by the nurses and all the time accompanied by Aleksandra, a translator in my native language. I highly recommend this hospital and it's team with impeccable professional ethics. Thank you!

I want to share my experience with this hospital. Myself and family travelled to Antalya for a family trip. Unfortunately, my father fell ill. We attended medical park hospital A&E, my dad got checked over and was admitted to their ICU. We was told he was unable to have visitors, no mobile phone no other personal belongings. Three days had passed and we still was unable to see my father. On day 4 he was discharged with no information given to us and no explanation on after care and what medication was given to him. My father is an elderly man with full mental capacity and fully mobile. He stated that the staff treated him very poorly- he would ring the bell for assistance to use the toilet 20 times no one attend to him, he was given yogurt and bread to eat , he was man handled in bed , language barrier between and staff, he was not taken out of bed to sit out, he was left in bed to suffer, he was treated so poorly he is mentally traumatised. He cried to us all on how the staff treated him :(. It broke our families hearts knowing this!!!! After a couple of days of being discharged my dad was still not well. We took him to another hospital in the area and found out that he had a blood clot on his leg and his bloods showed he needed transfusion. This was missed by medical park team. Medical Park are only Intreated in money we paid 1500 dollars per night and they provided disgusting care and did not even pick up he had a blood clot. Any one from over seas please do not attend this hospital. We have all been left traumatised. My dad still has flash backs and anxiety over the ways they treated him.

Hello everyone, I have come here for two years and every time the staff is really helpful specifically that I don't know Turkish, there's always a translator that help me with English. She's always there for me to help me out. Alexandra is one of the friendliest staff here. They always assist me if there's a problem and they're so patient. I really recommend this hospital.

I did a hair transplant there about a year ago. The results are amazing after the first few months. Professional care of Dr. Ece and the entire team who did a fantastic job. I sincerely recommend, some things are life changing. It's worth it.
