The overall experience was quite Ok, the salespeople do not tail you like in many other stores and you can find pretty much anything you are looking for. Me, I bought a pair of headphones which are quite decent, and not too expensive thinking of the currency rate in Turkey. I paid $25 for a pair of AQL earphones. But the cashier was probably tired, so she wasn't her kindest self, let's say. For that reason, I'll be giving three stars.

You can find anythings you want such as home electronic devices or scooter or any computer prepherals.

There is a lot of staff standing around, not doing anything, while there are line ups at the till and customer service area (which usually only has one person working both areas as the same time). When you try to get the attention of these staff members, they look irritated that you are talking with each other or scrolling on their phones. Barely anyone speaks English and instead of trying to help (I have tried using Google translate), they just walk away. We purchased an item that broke within six months of purchase we took it back to the store. They said they would repair it and it would be ready in two weeks. It has been over 3 weeks and still nothing. When we try to ask when it will be ready staff walk away. We are leaving Turkey soon and we have no idea when to expect it, as no one will help us. I have tried calling their customer service line. It says to press 9 for English. When I do no one there speaks English. They say some will call back, but no one does. I have called several times. We have purchased many things from this store and are very frustrated with how we are treated. There are other options in Antalya - go there. Trust me!

It is a nice shop for anything to do with media, as the name says. It is located within a shopping mall called Terracity, which is one of the biggest in Antalya I believe. This is where locals also shop, so prices are not inflated.

The best store for all electronics, accessories and appliances. This chain features all the latest products on the market and always at a very competitive price. On this visit I purchased a robotic vacuum cleaner at an unbelievably discounted price. The staff is very helpful and always available to answer any questions.
