It’s good, but Sometimes the service is bad. Some of the employees are not friendly enough and not polite.

Fantastic shop but I think they must increase products to cover the customers demands

Amazing place, a bit expensive but totally deserve it.

Language barrier, no one speak other than Turkish in there, also not so wide range of products and employees don't have enough info about products they sale

I shouldn't have to wait in line for 10+ minutes for two items when they have the capacity for 3 registers and multiple free employees.

Turkey needs to minimise the tax on electronic coz comparing to other countries its expensive...although media market is a great shop for electronics but like I said above..prices needs to be a little less

Best place for electronics

Very big shop with a wide range of high quality electronics. Some of the products you can find include laptops, smartphones, audio devices and various peripherals. There is also a house appliance section with high quality products. I would recommend shopping for your electronics there. However I wouldn't recommend making a purchase on their website. The service is poor. I had to call the customer service multiple times because I could not track my order. Every single time they said they would call me back but they never did. Had to go to the store where my order had been there ready for 3 days. Totally disappointed. The person who attended to me didn't seem at all interested in my bad experience. She just said maybe there is a fault in the system. No apology no nothing. I don't see myself shopping there anytime soon. The products are good the personnel are not so good!
