★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store lacked important supplies, like tv sticks and trackballs which you would expect at such a store. Additionally, the staff were clueless, unable to answer simple questions about the capabilities of their tablets with regards to connecting to a television.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never been more offended in a Mediamarkt. The cashier was very rude and very aggressive. It’s obvious that this guy doesn’t care about customer service, there is also no way to complain at the location. The manager doesn’t mind.
