 Out of town. Fresh air, in the natural environment. Kazan Saray Sanayi, Ostim and İvedik industries are close by. Peripheral highway Batıkent junction 2 Km. There is a road, water, electricity, natural gas, bus, market, sports field. There are 660 towns and 330 villas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ablamlar burada oturuyor her şeyi çok güzel fakat site içi imkanlar çok sınırlı. Yukarıda önceden vakit geçirebileceğiniz basket sahası oturma alanı vs vardı ama yol yüzünden yıkılmış sanırım epey zamandır kullanılmaz âtıl durumda. Dolayısıyla site içinde yapılabilecek pek birşey yok. Temiz havası güzel ama.
My sisters live here, everything is very nice, but the facilities on site are very limited. Upstairs, there was a basketball court sitting area, etc., where you could spend time, but I think it was demolished because of the road, and it has not been used for a long time. Therefore, there is not much that can be done on the site. The fresh air is nice though.

It's a nice, quiet place, but while you're living in villas there, you'll cut off the connection with the world. As they say, tastes and colors are indisputable, it concerns both material and spirituality. Please, everyone should ask themselves whether they can experience such a situation materially and spiritually.
