I've been shopping here for years. The thing I pay attention to the most is hygiene and we shop here and consume it with pleasure. Craftsmen are tradesmen for years and they welcome me with a smile every time I go. It's been a year since I moved to Istanbul and every time I go to Ankara, I do my wholesale shopping for minced meat and bring it to Istanbul. Hope you continue like this...
